The main responsibilities of this department are:

Definition of the transit and terminal shares used in accounting for communication services between AzEuroTel JV and communication administrations in compliance with Regulations of International Telecommunication Union (IECU, ITU).
Drawing up of the agreements and contracts on the provision of international communication service between AzEuroTel JV and communication administrations.
Analysis of outgoing and incoming traffic as well as distribution of traffic capacity among routes and directions.
Preparation, exchange and confirmation of monthly accounts relating to outgoing and incoming traffic for communications services.
