Accomplishing the whole complex of technical and organizational procedures for the short period, on 10 May 1996 "AzEuroTel" JV started commissioning of electronic Telephone Exchange 92/97.
   President of Azerbaijan Republic Mr. Heydar Aliyev officially opened new Telephone Exchange and his parting words and wishes will permanently remain in hearts of company's personnel.
   Today we have to note that all these years notwithstanding difficulties and obstacles, we professionally realized the
modern projects allowing us to offer to our clients the qualitative and various telecommunication services upon the level of worldwide standards.
   On 12 May 2006 in honour of tenth anniversary from the date of the Exchange 92/97 commissioning was held an evening party in "Gulustan" palace.
   There took part Azerbaijan Republic Minister of Communication and Information Technologies Mr. Ali Abbasov, Deputy Minister Mr. Iltimas Mamedov as well as Ministry's personnel, telecommunication company's representatives, partners and the whole "AzEuroTel" staff.
Mr. Ali Abbasov highly appreciated the activity of "AzEuroTel", wished to personnel further successes in work and handed the gift on behalf of Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies.
   There was also announced the greeting of Mr. Vahid Alekperov, President of "LUKOIL" company.
