Payment for Internet services

Please attentively follow all instructions shown on ATM terminal screen.

You can always cancel the current transaction by pressing on [Cancel] button.

Please note, that the plastic card will be blocked after three attempts to enter a wrong
PIN-codeand you will need to contact the bank in order to unblock the plastic card.

How to make payments via ATMs?

1. Enter the card in ATM and select language




2. Enter the PIN-code




3. Select [PAYMENTS] option in menu




4. Select [AZEUROTEL] which services you need to pay




5. Select needed option in menu




6. Select customer’s category




Monthly payment for Cross-connect service is required for PSTN phone numbers NOT related to PSTN 492/497/437. Thus, in order to pay for Cross-connect and other additional services you will need to make payment more then one time. It depends on the type of your services subscribed.

Selection of [SUBSCRIBER PAYMENT (UNLIMITED INTERNET, TV, CROSS)] option in menu covers the separate payment for each service. For example, in order to pay for IP-TV service enter your plastic card, select language, type PIN-code and by choosing [INTERNET AND TV] option in menu, select option [SUBSCRIBER PAYMENT (UNLIMITED INTERNET, TV, CROSS)] and make the appropriate payment. In order to pay PSTN cross-connect service (CROSS) enter your plastic card, type PIN-code and by choosing [INTERNET AND TV] option in menu, select option [SUBSCRIBER PAYMENT (UNLIMITED INTERNET, TV, CROSS)] and make the appropriate payment. This is monthly payment. In order to pay for UNLIMITED INTERNET enter your plastic card, select language, type PIN-code and by choosing [INTERNET AND TV] option in menu, select option [SUBSCRIBER PAYMENT (UNLIMITED INTERNET, TV, CROSS)] and make the appropriate payment.

Selection of [SUBSCRIBER PAYMENT (E-MAIL, STATIC IP, DNS)] option in menu covers the separate payment for each service. For example, in order to pay for E-MAIL service enter your plastic card, select language, type PIN-code and by choosing [INTERNET] option in menu, select option [SUBSCRIBER PAYMENT (E-MAIL, STATIC IP, DNS)] and make the appropriate payment. In order to pay for STATIC IP service enter your plastic card, select language, type PIN-code and by choosing [INTERNET AND TV] option in menu, select option [SUBSCRIBER PAYMENT (E-MAIL, STATIC IP, DNS)] and make the appropriate payment. This is monthly payment. In order to pay for DNS service enter your plastic card, select language, type PIN-code and by choosing [INTERNET AND TV] option in menu, select option [SUBSCRIBER PAYMENT (E-MAIL, STATIC IP, DNS)] and make the appropriate payment.

7. Select the required service (in case of [INTERNET (TRAFFIC)] menu selection)




8. Using the ATM numeric keyboard enter telephone number (for legal entities – account number) and [PRESS HERE TO CONTINUE]




9. If the number you typed is incorrect [PRESS HERE TO REENTER]




10. After the number is typed again [PRESS HERE TO CONTINUE]




11. Using the ATM numeric keyboard enter the payment sum (for example 18 AZN) and press [ENTER] button




12.Make sure the typed data is correct. If the information shown on the screen is correct press [CONFIRMATION] button. If you need to correct data shown on screen [ PRESS HERE TO CANCEL]




13. After the typed data correctness is confirmed, the bank transfers payment sum from your account




14. To confirm the transaction the ATM terminal prints out the receipt indicating all payment details

Save receipt for transaction confirmation!

In case of any problems occurred with ATM terminal, money transaction and your
plastic card (frozen card, blocked card, disconnected ATM terminal and etc.)
